Another vehicle struck a parked tow truck moments later at the Interstate Shopping Center off Franklin Turnpike.

The first car, which had Ohio license plates, struck the support column in front of the 5 Below store. It then hit another vehicle, mounted the curb and took down the sign post before coming to a stop.

An Upper Saddle River EMS unit evaluated the driver, who walked with a cane and refused medical attention. Her car was removed by flatbed town truck.
